UEG Staff Ranks
CIA and Activity Directors are considered Staff. These members have jobs that require serving the entire Gaming community.

Description
Directs community-wide activities
Duties
Responsible for creating, organizing, and hosting/officiating community-wide activities.
Prerequisite
Selected through an Application/Interview process when needed.
Authority
May enforce the rules for their community-wide activities and ban members from attending activities they hold.

Branch Officer Ranks
LT – CAPT are considered Branch Officers. Branch Officers are responsible for taking care of all members with in their Branch. At each level that responsibility increases until Captain who is responsible for all aspects of a Branch. The Captain and Officers will maintain a Branch master battalion, and provide a weekly report on the Branch in the Captains meeting. The Captain and Officers will also host the weekly Branch and Staff meetings for their Branch.

Branch Staff Ranks
SSGT – MC are considered Staff members of a branch. The difference between these ranks is time in grade, required knowledge, and job duties. A branch member’s responsibility is to be a good member while also to perform the specific job required of their rank. All Staff Members should attend the weekly Staff and Branch meetings.

Branch Member Ranks
PVT – SGT are members of a Branch. Each rank differs from time in and required clan knowledge. Each member is responsible to actively participate in the Branch while following all Rules and Regulations. Members may participate in all activities/events, squads, and prize tournaments. Prize events may have additional time requirements. Squad members (HALO only) wear a special background: (MLG) Plus, (SWAT) Crisscross, (Snipers) Display, (Spec-Ops) Banner, and (Elite) Horizontal Racing Stripe.
