In the 137th Spartan Corps you must display the following characteristics/traits to get promoted:

-Leadership (Do not try to overpower your fellow fighters to "lead" them)
-Maturity
-Participation
-Recruiting (People you know, not just picking up strangers)

If we notice that your are following these rules and helping out alot, your chances of getting promoted are higher, but NOT guaranteed.

Never ask to be promoted. The answer will be no.
